In this video I’m addressing a question that I received on my channel from a user wanting to know my opinion on using multiple DAWs versus using a single DAW. There are many benefits to working with a single DAW such as:

1.) Consistency in output

2.) A deeper understanding of how to get the most out of the DAW

3.) More focus on a specific tool set and workflow paradigms

However using multiple DAWs can also provide benefits such as:

1.) More flexibility in workflow

2.) More compatibility with external studios and producers

3.) More creative potential with an extended palette of creative tools

In this video I discuss my perspective on this topic, providing important insights on why I use multiple DAWs in my studio. I hope that this video helps many of you that may also have this same dilemma regarding your music production setup.
